Two Night Two Day Winter Yellowstone Tour From Idaho Falls

Yellowstone National Park is only a little more than 100 miles from Idaho Falls. Your shuttle will take you to the small town of Rexburg, where you will change vehicles. After passing through a few small towns, we’ll traverse the Targhee National Forest, through Island Park and into Montana and West Yellowstone, which borders Yellowstone National Park. You will spend the next two nights in West Yellowstone.
On the second day of your tour, you will enjoy the Old Faithful trip, either by snowcoach or snowmobile. This will take you through Yellowstone’s main geyser basins to the Upper Geyser Basin. Please check out the Old Faithful And Upper Geyser Basin portion of your tour in more detail. The night will be spent in West Yellowstone.
Day three sees you heading out to Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, an unexpected treat in this winter wonderland of thermal features! You’ll once again travel by snowcoach or snowmobile, making your way north on the lower loop, past Gibbon Falls and Norris Geyser Basin, to Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone. When you get back from your day in Yellowstone, you will retrace your steps through Idaho and back to Idaho Falls, with a change of vehicles in Rexburg once again.
Tour Notes
We regret that cancellations and changes will not be accepted, and refunds will not be given. Half the amount may be charged to your card when you make the booking, and the balance will be charged 45 days from the tour date. An attempted or purported cancellation will result in the entire amount being charged to your card immediately.
The credit/debit card you used must be with you when you travel, and should be in your name. If you are booking for someone else, please let us know as you will need to complete the credit card authorization documentation, which we will send you.
Pickups for this tour take place at a central location in northwest Idaho Falls, near where Interstate 15 and US 20 meet. Drop offs take place at hotels in the northwestern part of Idaho Falls, as well as at airport hotels. Search online for the Idaho Falls Walmart Supercenter, and all hotels within two miles from there are drop off locations.
This is a small group tour.
A snowcoach tour is included in the over snow portions of this tour. You can ride a snowmobile instead, at an additional cost.

At the beginning and end of the season, road closures and weather conditions may prevent this tour being run as detailed. General road maintenance in the park may affect the way this tour operates.

One sack lunch is the only meal included.
Certain minimums may be needed. Two nights’ lodging are included at Yellowstone Motel, or similar, in West Yellowstone.
